Js1300 series products are three-phase 40 / 50 / 60kW digital induction heating products, which adopt the fifth generation digital processing platform technology of our company, embedded 32-bit processing system, full digital phase-locked frequency tracking, with coil intelligent identification technology, and automatically adjust the output strategy to achieve the purpose of identifying different coils. The interface is rich and supports standard Modbus RTU communication protocol, which can easily realize touch screen man-machine dialogue and remote control. Moreover, it has the advantages of fast tracking speed, high precision, strong adjustability, strong coil adaptability, convenient installation, simple debugging, etc. it can be widely used in various pipeline heating, such as plastic machinery (such as injection molding machine, wire drawing machine, granulator, extruder in the energy-saving transformation process), food machinery, crude oil transportation, boiler, heat-transfer oil, heating and other similar heating industries.
